The Ancient Egyptian life was very interesting. There are many facts about the Ancient Egyptians that surprised me greatly. I want to share with you some about their weapons and their sources of entertainment and how they developed through the ages. Before I go any further I should explain how the times were sectioned. There was the Old Kingdom, united under King Menes beginning in 2686 B.C. Then there was the Middle Kingdom, united under King Mentuhotep beginning in 2055 B.C. Lastly, there was the New Kingdom, united under Pharaoh Ahmose I beginning in 1550 B.C.
