After looking over all of these substages, I have been able to relate them to how I developed as a young child. As I have reflected on these events of my life, and how they have shaped and influenced my development I have been able to understand how they have affected me. There has been several events that have affected my physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development throughout my life. My recognizing the different theories from Bronfenbrenner and Piaget I have been able to see how their theories directly correlate with my development. Being able to interpret these events within these theories has helped me understand a lot more about myself.
