It is a widely held view that Confucian beliefs have been considered as a series of life disciplines that influencing Chinese people’s daily life, which including moral cultivation, the importance of interpersonal relationship, respect for age and hierarchy, voidance of conflict and need for harmony (Fany, 1998). Those characteristics of Chinese culture implies different level of human interaction to follow the complex norms such as superior to subordinate to love and care, and superior to obedience and loyalty. Due to the above description of the influence of Confucian culture in China, series management styles with unique characteristics have been made for governing a organisation. Firstly, Chinese managers focus on leadership agreed, making the pursuit of democracy, harmony groups. They tend to be the responsibility of the decentralized decision making, rather than responsibility. Thus cause the right relatively scattered, responsibility is not easy to clear, action is slow, sometimes inefficient. However, it also offers some advantages, for example, creating ideas, making the leadership in knowledge, on the basis of the ability structure of complementary, give full play to the function of the leadership and decision-making ability. Due to the influence of economic globalization, economic development model has been convergence, management styles toward to use for reference from each other and learn from each other in the direction of
