Some foods I love till this day and others not so much. In my option each culture has their own type of “flavor” that they get used to and determines the types of foods they would enjoy. A few examples would be Spanish and African Americans. Spanish people love a little spice in their foods. In saying that you can make an assumption that most spicy foods they are going to enjoy because thats how they were brought up. African American love lots of flavor, so the same thing applies. In my case growing up in with a Haitian background, I enjoy hot foods. So most food I would put like more if they were either spicy or covered in hot sauce. My mother always made rice since it was cheap and filling. Plus she would serve the rice with hot sauce on it because that what her parents did for
