Assistant manager: Duties of assistant manager are mostly similar to restaurant manager.

For McDonalds this is very important because as a fast food industry staff needs to keep costs and waste as low as possible and quality wise the production of burgers and chips should meet customer demands and goals. Production is done according to need of customers .sometimes customers grill the order for example sometimes they need light lettuce in Mc chicken Or fries without salt. So order is made as per customer’s requirement. McDonalds has an international menu and its food is made with the freshest ingredients and produce available. Great service is very important to us.
