General Manager: Manages whole store and staff.
Restaurant manager: manages the restaurant including food and safety.
Assistant manager: Duties of assistant manager are mostly similar to restaurant manager.
Shift running manager: duty of shift running manager is to make schedule.
Staff training crew: crew trainers help crew to be perfect. They always correct the crew.
Crew members: The duties of crew members includes of front counter, cashier, OT, presenter.

For McDonalds this is very important because as a fast food industry staff needs to keep costs and waste as low as possible and quality wise the production of burgers and chips should meet customer demands and goals. Production is done according to need of customers .sometimes customers grill the order for example sometimes they need light lettuce in Mc chicken Or fries without salt. So order is made as per customer’s requirement. McDonalds has an international menu and its food is made with the freshest ingredients and produce available. Great service is very important to us. The management and servers will handle every detail to make a customer’s special meal.
