As the world becomes more advanced people are beginning to rely more and more on technology. Traveling is only done in vehicles now. People no longer have the energy or time to go for a simple walk in the park or even walk two blocks away from their homes. With cheap transport which is also accessible to all then most people have turned to living lifestyles that are harmful to them. Diseases like arthritis and cardiovascular conditions are common today because most people have eating disorders and do not like exercises. Tran’s fats are all people eat today because it is cheap and available but the saying one minute on the lips twenty years in the hips is not wrong with increasing rates and cases of obesity all over the world. The internet is full of facts and even grotesque pictures of what Trans fats and junk food do to the body when taken in large amounts. Children have become the most recent victims recently from an early age they are introduced to junk food. Eating too much calories in food could lead to weight gain and obesity Doctors recommend food that is rich in all food groups carbohydrates proteins and vegetables last fruits are also encouraged. Doctors encourage patients going on diets for weight loss to reduce carbohydrates intake and instead replace them with proteins in order for them to grow muscles and shed of the excess fat. Reducing salt intake is also beneficial to one’s health high salt intake may lead to high blood pressure. Recent weight loss news show that bad habits like over indulging in alcohol are also not good for the body as they lead to chronic and fatal diseases. Eating habits are also a major cause of obesity and other illnesses, skipping breakfast is a bad habit because the body needs energy to start of the day .keeping the body hydrated is also important however fizzy drinks are not a good source water and natural fruit juice are encouraged for a healthier lifestyle. Healthier food like fish should also be encouraged as it contains omega three which ensures the brain also develops properly. White meat like chicken turkey and fish is also advised over red
