In the agreement Brian was asked to cook and clean the “self-flat”, he did neither of these things. From the stereotypes above it may suggest that he did not know how to clean or he felt it was not his job to clean even though he signed the agreement. Brian had a job which he lost in the two week period; he may have not felt he could handle completing the cleaning, cooking and going to work all at the same time. Brian also lost his job in this two week period, depending on his school life, he may have had a basic job due to him not having many or any qualifications. However, he may have found it too stressful to complete the work if he was employed even though he was underqualified for the role. If the job was said to be suitable for Brian, in the future an employee at Green Gates needs to review this claim because if Brian does get a job again it needs to suit his ability and needs without causing him
