Concerning the corporate culture, cost awareness (where appropriate and useful) has to become incorporated into Apple’s set of values and norms. Although this might be one of the most difficult parts of a successful strategy implementation as several CEOs in the past failed in their attempts to change Apple’s culture, Steve Jobs is definitely able to manage this challenging task.
