Facebook Ads carousel has changed the way users use Facebook forever. Businesses have benefited most as they are able to deliver ad banners on the users news feed through paid ads. One of the most effective ways available for businesses is through the promotion of Call to Action button (CTA).

What is a Call To Action Button?

A Facebook Call To Action buttons are designed to help visitors take a specific action on your blog. Facebook has 8 pre-designed CTA options namely: Book Now, Contact Us, Send Message, Use App, Play Game, Shop Now, Sign Up and Watch Video. The button is located near the bottom left corner of your page's cover photo area.

Anchor text should tell your audience about your blog and encourages them to click on the CTA button. Use teaser phrases in the anchor text to rouse interest.

Promotion Budget

Facebook promises up to 130 direct website clicks per day for every dollar spent. Set a specific amount depending on the number of visitors you are targeting and spread it for several days. If you have a $50 promotion budget, divide it by two and spend $2.5 each day for 10 days. Analise the response rate and adjust the promotion based on the knowledge you will have acquired. Spend the next $25 on your next promotion.

Running the promotion for more than a week increases its lifespan hence reaching more people. The probability of it being delivered to same audience more than once is very high. Thus users who ignored it for the first time are likely to take action if they see the promotion repeatedly appearing on their news feed.

Review your promotion carefully and save settings. Facebook reviews it within minutes and starts delivering it to your target

My favorite part of the ads is that it is 100% my choice weather or not I click the ads or not. I appreciate that Facebook gave me the power back. Facebook has something like a 100 million members and they span the globe and every demographic I would venture a guess that an ad on Facebook would likely have a wider reach than one on nightly cable…
