1-Face validity
Face validity is the extent to which a test in animal can be resemble the human condition and the ability to measure what it supposed to measure (Mogil, 2009). so the rat animal pain model in the study has poor face validity with neuropathic pain in humans .neuropathic pain in human is spontaneous multifaceted phenomena as to pain in humans diagnosed by description ,reporting as well as measurement by specific pain scales like neuropathic pain scale .and pain can varies according to its intensity (sharp ,dull or stabbing) and also, by its duration ( continuous or intermittent ) and its location ( external cutaneous or internal visceral) and motivational and the emotional component (Vierck, Hansson & Yezierski, 2008).
