A person’s life goal is to look as young as possible for as long as possible. There are many ways to do that, and perhaps an individual wants to do so without taking drastic measures. They do like to pride themselves not having to take the actions while still look youthful for their given age. Some people can and some people cannot do this. A good start to avoid taking the drastic measures, the ‘ultimate step’, is to begin to take care of one’s face with nightly rituals. According to the book Face Care: The Plan for Looking Younger Longer published by Gerald Imber, here is a ritual that can be done whenever possible for the person. The steps in order are: wet the face with hot water, wash for 30 seconds with the lather chosen, rinse away, repeat steps 1-3, rinse three times then with cool water, then gently pat dry face. This is to help people avoid plastic surgery while cleaning their face to a near excessive point. However, a typical myth people revolving around plastic surgery is that all people age the same. That is false! There are people out there that can do rituals like this every day, but they still look ten years older than the age they truly are.
