Fabulous Case

Decent Essays
“Synergy” and “Certainty” are the core and secondary value propositions for “Fabulous”. In order to support its core value proposition (“Synergy”) and build a collaborative culture, Fabulous must build trust both internally and externally. By promoting trust the organization will adapt a new way of communicating, promote agility, transparency, and make quicker decisions. Fabulous must also develop an environment that engages its partners, provides feedback, and creates an environment where ideas can be exchanged easily. This free flow of information will empower Fabulous to come up with new and customized solutions. To promote its secondary value proposition (“Certainty”) and build a control culture, Fabulous must promote standardized processes.
