FT654-Fold Technologies Rlc Case Study

Lang,

Do you approve the request to remove FT654-7 Fold Technologies LLC from service region CA41? They will also be pulling from CA85 and CA86 after 30 days. They lost tech coverage in CA41 and their tech in CA85 and CA86 gave them a 30 day notice.

Robert is working on coverage from that area. We have added P10BC to all three service regions until we find coverage.

Thanks,

Chuck, Yesterday Electrocon received a request from Jacob Lien of Ulteig for support in conjunction with work being done for Rochester Public Utilities. In reviewing your account, we believe there may be a violation of the CAPE license agreement occurring regarding the use of your CAPE license by a third-party. Your agreement does not allow your non-employee consultants to use CAPE outside your own premises. If Jacob is working at your office, there is no violation. If he is working outside of your facility, then Ulteig will need to acquire their own license for CAPE or Rochester Public Utilities will need to add Consulting Rights to your maintenance agreement.…
