Threats: We may encounter some resistance when we open FSBS as a non-profit organization, since our opening may lead to a conflict of interests from organizations like the University Bookstore, which sells many of the items that we are going to rent, and the Student Union, who gives away scantrons to students. However, not getting approved to open a location inside of the university premises, may force us to rewrite our marketing plan and make extreme changes to our primary objectives. Another issue that may arise is the legal compliance, since in our future expansion we are contemplating to invite non-payed interns; more laws will be applied towards FSBS and that we may not yet be prepared for.
