FN is a 22 year old female with alive and well. She has a brother DN who is 18 years old who is also alive and well. Her 47 years old mother SN, suffers periodic migraines, but her 49 year old father has not been diagnosed with any chronic condition. Her paternal uncle JB 54 years have hypertension and KW 52 years is obese. Her maternal uncle NJ 46 years and aunt MB 40 years are both alive and well. FN maternal grandmother KJ 78 years has hypertension and arthritis, and her grandfather MJ 84 has hypertension and diabetes. Her paternal grandmother FW, 82 years old has diabetes and is obese.
