Hello Professor Maule and class,

FITT principles are all related to an exercise program, that typically stands for frequency, intensity, type and time. I believe, most health and wellness professionals focus on the time principle, of this exercise program because overall, this factor reveals how much the client is actually exercising and the duration period. To better understand this fitness plan, the frequency principle factor is important to the physical fitness and strength of the client. Generally, in order for the human body to regain it's strength and health status to a better standing, it is best to exercise at least three-five days a week. In addition, increasing your heart rate to a healthy cardiovascular rate is healthy
