The purposes served by the FCS compensation system are to make the FCS health system more perfect, the physician facility and technology is much more advanced, and provides high-quality primary care to underserved communities, also to protect the physicians’ right, through the provision of funds. Subsequently, the FCS compensation system also aimed to maintain the competitive in various types of medical mechanism and to ensure its value. After that, based on the doctor’s performance, it can calculate a score, and multiplied by the corresponding percentage to obtain the reward which is doctor received. Considering of these seven categories, it contains the provider meeting, the medical staff meetings, the community service, the clinic site quality improvement program, patient satisfaction survey, site medical director and medical education. For my perspective, different types of physicians have their own responsibilities. For example, before the newly graduated doctors could be awarded licenses, they had to complete a medical residency program. Thus, the first important thing for the newly graduated doctors is that intensive work about treating patients. Furthermore, it is very necessary for the newly-hired physicians to “learn the ropes” through on-call shifts in their first year with the Group. Therefore, the newly physicians also need to fulfill the obligation of on-call shift. Moreover, the responsible of the FCS clinicians is that saw patients on a prescheduled, and about the physician of residents is to see the patients every day. Hence, it is unreasonable to use the same criteria to measure the performance of different field
