Marketing culture allows for customer focus as well as competitiveness. The market culture is the business mission of this organization. Chrysler marketing along with Fiat was the edge they needed to be competitive among the other automotive giants. Generally speaking, Walter P. Chrysler founder of Chrysler had a vision of achieving progress through speed and innovation; Sergio Marchionne was not far from Mr. Chrysler's vision; he re-captured his vision and mission by focusing on the culture Mr. Chrysler set out in 1920.
