FBLA Student Leadership Report

Leadership is defined as being a leader of an organization or a group of individuals. To me a leader is someone who will give their all to accommodate someone in obligation of assistance. A leader doesn’t give up on hard task and pushes to be an example for their peers. I have demonstrated my leadership in and out of school by being a responsible, honest and hardworking individual, who expresses empathy to help those who didn’t think they could achieve a goal on their own.
While in high school I have been in multiple extracurricular activities such as Drill Team, FBLA, FCCLA, Student Council, Class Treasurer, NHS and Yearbook. Being in Yearbook has subsidized me to gain the ultimate leadership in which I was responsible to make my own page for the yearbook. I was a motivation for those who didn't feel like doing their page to get up and make a difference to make this year’s yearbook to be the culminating one yet. I have also gained leadership inside of my bank class, in bank we are instructed to be trustworthy and help our customers to the best of our ability. Another place that I have showed leadership is when I have guided some of the students in my English class how to write an analysis essay over the books that they had chose. I carefully instructed them of how a hook should be used stating that they should avoid using a question to gain the reader's attention because we have been using that tip since we have begun learning how to write essays. I advised them that they must use a new tool to fully gain and increase their knowledge of something they had not used. I have taught them with a good hook and thesis the reader will be more than ecstatic to read their essay and with that you will make an amazing
