Over the years I have worked diligently to maintain decent grades throughout middle school and high school. I have kept a grade point average of 3.5 and have devoted many hours of extra courses online in order to graduate in May of 2016, one year ahead of my class. From 2013 to 2015, I finalized a two-year Business Management Program and obtained college credits by completing this course. Through Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) in 2014 I earned a certificate for participating in the State Leadership Conference. I possess leadership through education and extracurricular activities. While playing softball, I have been elected team captain and led our team towards many unforgettable experiences. Our biggest fundraiser in FBLA is for March of Dimes. March of Dimes is an organization that works to end premature birth and birth defects. The collection of money is earned through donation boxes and the annual March of Dimes walk. As a member, I have also attended leadership conferences and etiquette seminars. Each year we have volunteered at the Lincoln Elementary School Fall Festival. At the festival each volunteer is assigned a game or station to run. This year I was in charge of the balloon dart game and also helped with other stations. Through FBLA I have been given the opportunity to meet and help many individuals and have learned to be a strong and confident person. Outside of school, I have partaken in the Prescott Girls Softball Association since I was eight years old and continuously volunteer during tryouts. The day of tryouts I assist the board members in the field by shagging balls and registering players. PGSA has taught me new techniques and skills, and how to be an optimistic team
