When I reflect back on my capstone project and the past two years I have started working on, since I moved to Savanna High School. I could say that I'm very proud of the outcome. For me the capstone project started the moment I moved to Savanna High School last year, second semester but at that time I didn’t fully understand it and I was working on few reflections for each class and that was it. My interview went very well, I went to the interview having small expectations since I never had interviews like that. Nevertheless I was prepared for interview. I prepared my outfit a week before, I was constantly practicing the possible questions I might be asked in class and after class. And with all the helpful tips our english teacher gave I was preparing myself mentally for the interview, also I kept watching videos of capstone interviews that happened in school in previous years, so I know how the sitting going to be and how the whole process will be

For this assignment, I interviewed Felicia Low, a Program Advisor at the School of Public Health. This interview taught me a lot about myself and my interpersonal communication skills when it comes to communication on a one-on-one basis. Prior to the interview, I was a bit nervous since I did not know Mrs. Low personally and never communicated with her face-to-face. I prepared to conduct the interview in a way that it would feel like a normal conversation and not a regular interview. For example, I would not always say things from the interview questions that I prepared, I would sometimes ask a question on piece of information that she would share.…
