Thank you Madeline for the correction but Just another friendly reminder. Don't select the claim on Ezclaim READY TO SUBMIT b/c doing this will be create a duplicate claim submission on Trizzetto since the original claim is already submitted and is waiting for the correction. I just remove the option that you select and correct the original claim. For the future just provide me the correct Dx code and I will added to the claim that crossover already to our clearing house.
