Extraversion Research Paper

I’d never heard of the big five personality traits before but I found them fascinating. I'm working as a volunteer offering psychological support for kids in the war at charity organizatio and I am a leader of a team which contains 10 volunteers and the ability to be a team player is critical to job performance. so that I picked Extraversion because I think it details the most important trait for my current job.
The text defines Extraversion as "the degree to which a person is outgoing, talkative, sociable, and enjoys socializing".Barrick, M. R., & Mount, M. K. (1991).

I enjoy being with people and I am always full of energy so I invest that in volunteering I tend to be assertive and cheerful in my social interactions, depends on my experience
