3) A. I strongly agree about the extraversion and I feel confident with it. I can see always my self hipper and love to enjoy my life. All of friends always ask me how you are always happy. When I moved to the U.S I stated a new life with a new routine and because of that I can say I’m happy. I never let anything makes me angry. It’s a fact that there’s going to be a days when we will be angry, but if people always take it as a positive thing they will be happy like me. I also agree about this score because I can live and go every day to work and school at the same time. Many people around the world can’t study neither work. I’m also so social and like to meet new people from around the world. I usually finish class noon but I don’t leave school …show more content…
I might disagree with my score in openness to experience. When I moved to the U.S I started to like to experience new things that I’ve never tried in my whole life. For example like hiking or climbing because I have a fear from heights. However I was expecting this score because I never liked to experience new things or even try it. When I was a kid I didn’t like soshi even though I never tried it until I moved here. I’m that kind of person who is so hard to change things, but when I moved here I started to be open-minded and love to attempt new things. C. For neuroticism I strongly agree with my score. I also might be more than 60% in this section. I’m a very nervous and curios person even for tiny things. It’s so weird that I’m always happy but in reality I keep thinking about a lot of things. I get nervous when I have to do something but for somehow I couldn’t. For example I hate when I have to buy things from the store but I find it close and have to wait for one more day. D. For agreeableness I liked my score because it’s so true. I always like to help people and hear about there problems. I attend to hear their feelings and if I can help them I do. I always agree with their opinions even though if it was wrong just to not hurt them and try to correct with them with better way. I forgive people for their mistakes because no one in this life is perfect. My friends agree with me for that because they always come and talk with me about their

This typology fits me fairly well considering my tendencies that I am aware of. Extraversion is a confusing distinction for me because most people that I meet provide feedback signifying that I express introversion. However, on my typology test I scored 21 in extraversion and 6 in introversion. My best guess is that I prefer extraversion, but habitually exhibit the traits of introversion as an attempt to appear more professional. I also feel in the grey area for sensing and intuition even though I scored 17 in sensing and an 8 in intuition.…

Task 2 – The Big Five Factor Personal Assessment (Low, middle, High) Explanation of assessment Openness to experience Middle I am a person who is open to new experiences, curious about how things work around with lots of ideas flowing in however I prefer things to be straightforward and to settle difficult situations subtlety. An example would be to experience a new thrill such as rock climbing but I would be very cautious of the safety measures to be taken and would want it to be communicated to me before it begins. In my future career, I would be open to new ways of doing things but would be very critical in the way it is done. Conscientiousness High…

Finally, for competence I gave myself a 9. I love school and I love learning. There is always more out there to learn, whether about cultures, personalities, practical techniques, or even how to prepare a new dish for dinner. Learning is vital to the human condition. I do believe that people with an internal locus of control tend to work harder and persevere longer in order to get what they want. People who have an external locus of control would mainly work based on what others had to say. Everything that may be influenced by others may not be matching to what the individual wants. Those influences could lead to possible regrets later on or future manipulations by peers. People with an internal locus of control feel more comfortable with the decisions and goals that they have determined for themselves based on values and morals.…

For most of the checklist, I have seen that my answers were closely related to the answers given to me on the responses. This shows that the view I have of myself is congruent with reality. This can be credited to the unconditional positive regard given to me by my parents, which allowed me to get a good view of myself while not having them bring me down for my flaws. Additionally, two responses, by family member and other, mentioned that they saw me having kids. This also goes along with what I said in my checklist.…

Although this is not the first time taking an assessment like this, I am surprised my outcome has greatly improved. My score was 99, which for me means that I too have grown as a person. In the past I would hold strongly to my opinions and was not able to agree with others opinions or understand their worldview. However, for me with age and some hard life lessons I have had to learn how to listen more effectively as well, accept feedback, and respect others worldviews.…
