I am writing the letter in regards to the schools extra credit policy. Each teacher is allowed to determine how they would offer extra credit. Some teachers offer extra credit as not using restroom and locker passes, which I find very unfair. The students who do not have the teachers, who offer extra credit through not using passes, do not receive an increase on their grade at the end of the marking period. This leads to unfairness in grades, which students work for.

Extra credit should be earned and not given to the students and as of some teachers this school year, they offer extra credit to students who did not work for it. To fix this problem of the unfairness of extra credit, there could be a rule made that the students must work to
