Ladies,
Due to Karen Walters extended leave, the routing procedure for County, District, and Water Supply-Jackson reports for mailing has changed again. Please read below.

If I’m on leave, these are the new instructions for County, District, and Water Supply-Jackson drinking water mailing:
1. Place them in an interoffice envelope for mailing. (They are available in the slots, by the 2nd cubicle from my office.)
2. Place a label with Water Supply, Attn: Jessie Byrd U-232, on the envelope. Also, include the date that these reports are being mailed on the label.
3. Take the envelope to the accessioning room for mailing, and place it in the interoffice basket for the mail room staff to pick up.
