The first area I found myself needing the creator mindset was our study time. Everything we were learning was classified as secret or higher so we weren’t allowed to bring any material home with us to study. They would give us an hour and a half every morning to study. Study time was supposed to be optional but my leadership made it mandatory. In E.O.D school you take a lot of tests, usually at least one a week so utilizing study time was necessary. My goal was to get through E.O.D school without “double tapping” on a test. We only had two opportunities to take each test and you had to get an eighty-five percent score or higher to pass. If you failed the same test twice you were kicked out of school. Another goal I set that helped me achieve my larger goal was to always strive for one hundred percent on each test. If I didn’t receive one hundred percent I would always inquire as to why I lost points so I could fully understand what I did wrong and why. I graduated on time with a ninety-seven percent average test score. I only failed three tests and I passed them all on the second
