Exploring Kathryn's Characteristics

Overall, Kathryn seems to have many positive qualities. It can be said that she can handle difficult situations easily. Her caring personality demonstrates that she could be a leader that employees would want to follow. This is proven by her characteristics of easily influencing individuals, being very conscientious of others, and their welfare. Kathryn shows a genuine interest in other individuals. During times of constraint, Kathryn can take control of the situation. She is one who will confront a difficult situation, thoroughly analyze the situation, think about various solutions, and make an educated and thoroughly thought of choice. Again, this awareness of people, and critical situations, serve as great qualities for leadership positions.
