The problem is that there isn't exploratory hours for kids with certain interests. Some students may like survival skill classes like cooking, or maybe they like yoga. This problem is happening because there may not be enough space for the classes. This is affecting people because some kids will get mad or upset. My brother told me a story from when he was is middle school about when a girl wanted to be in class they didn't have and she got upset and didn't come to school for a week. I think I have a good solution to this problem.

The solution is that the school should make classes for students with their interests. We first would ask a certain amount of students what they like. Like yoga, survival skills, or maybe play some type

With school having many students but not very many teachers classes are skewed beyond belief. Students do not get to pick their courses but are randomly assigned. This means if a student is interested in let’s say hairdressing and she gets put in a sewing class she is stuck in that sewing class. In addition, if students do not have internet or a place to study they have only a half hour after school to work in the library.…

One of the effects of World War I was that many high school students dropped out in order to work while their fathers were away at war. With the Great Depression, this problem only increased. Schools across the country reacted to this by making lower grades more rigorous, since many students would only obtain an eighth grade education. This junior high system remained in place until around the 1960s, when the Carnegie foundation funded a study that brought about several changes, eventually evolving into the middle school concept. Focusing on a student centered environment, the middle school concept rose to popularity in the 1980s through the early twenty-first century and still remains popular in various forms today.…

A good solution would be to have a later school-start time. However, problems that might have been overlooked in the past are now resurfacing. All of these situations suggest a later start time is not a viable solution.…

I think we should have 30 minutes of class because we usually don't get to hang out with are friends because they live I alden or iowa or in the country so if we have the 30 minutes free time we can talk and hang out with them. Also it would give the teacher to check homework or a test or free read. When we hang out with are friends we can play games or talk, and if we are really good they can let us get our phones out and play games on them or watch videos. During the 30 minutes of class we can do late work, like the teachers tell us to get are late work done and then we can hang out with are friends or do other homework.…
