Explaining Penta In My High School Career

The best way to explain Penta is that it’s a place where the person can get a head start on your career. In Penta you can come visit your 8th, freshman, and sophomore year of high school to see if any of the programs spark your interest. You will spend your junior and senior at Penta. Instead of going to your high school every day, you go to Penta to finish high school. At Penta your program, you pick will have a lab, and all labs are very “hands on” with the lab teacher. If the person stays at their home school they will not get the in depth teaching that Penta can provide. In my case, I picked Small Animal Care program; which includes working with animals three fourths of your day. For example, Penta does a block schedule, and being on that schedule is so much better. Going to Penta was the best decision I made. Penta and my lab have taught me not only how to problem solve, but also how to push myself. Afterward, going into small animal care I finally know what has to be done in order to care for an animal. Since I picked Penta I have been bullied less, and I can show my true self. When showing my true self I can find people who have the same interest as I. Making this choice helped me in the long run, which makes me very happy.
