Explain Your Current State Of Flexibility

My current state of flexibility is pretty high to moderate. I need to improve my time committed to my stretching plan. By putting more time into my routine , I will hopefully gain more flexibility and other benefits. I need flexibility to strengthen my muscles because of a viral infection of the brain that I had when I was an infant. Flexibility is important to me , so that I can have better stability when walking or doing tasks at work . It is important for me to continue to do my plan of action so that I can become stronger in the future.
