Explain Why Twins Are Not Only Act Alike

Twins look alike but do not always act alike. My sister and I look very similar but have pretty different personalities. In our culture people expect twins to look and act exactly alike even though we are our own individual persons. I usually do not get angry when people ask questions like”do you think alike?” but when people compare us it bothers me. The majority of people who know us know that my sister is the more goofy one and I am more serious. Last year, my friend and I were standing at our locker between passing periods and I told her something that I thought was funny but she obviously did not she said “You're not funny your sister makes me laugh more”. I just rolled my eyes and walked away. I remember being really angry and upset
