Explain Why There Should Be Allowed In Work Places Essay

I truly believe that work places should allow dogs to come to work with you. There are many reason why I strongly believe they should. Here are the resaons, less stress and anxiety in the work place, longer and more work days, and last but not least more money for the company. Lets get into more details about these reasons. When you bring your dog to work it gives you a sense of well being, which reduces stress and anxiety. I know when I'm less stress and don't have that much anxiety my work skills are at its best. Having your dog with you at work reduces your stress and anxiety to where you can have a stress free work day, and it allows you to work your best because your anxiety is in check. Thats one of the many resons why i think bring your dog to work not only helps you, but your company. Another great reason is when you get to play with your dog at work it makes you feel better , which in results more people would show up to work. Plus, it would make the number of sick day decrease. You would want to work longer as well, because your dog is with you so you wouldn't worry as much. You also wouldn't want to rush home, because your dog is with you . Studies show that when work places allow thier employees to bring their pets it shows more work done in less time. So, the company would have more projects done at a better rate when allowing them to bring their pets. Not only does that benefit the employees to get work done faster, but the companys rates increase as well.
