It all started last summer, when I was in Djibouti , my family and I used to go to the Siesta beach every Friday, which is a tradition for the people who live in Djibouti. The People go the beach every Friday which is also a weekend for them, to spend the entire day swimming and having fun. Beach Siesta is well known, and most of the citizens of Djibouti go there. she sing, “What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, Stand a little taller, Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone, What doesn't kill you makes a fighter, Footsteps even lighter ,Doesn't mean I'm over cause you're gone.” In this Stanza, she is basically saying that we should not run away from their fears, instead we should learned how to push them aside and face them, and never give up because once you give up it is difficult to get back. After the incident, my parents told me to stay away from the ocean, they make sure I would not go back there by making me stay home because they knew hard headed. However, that did not stop me from going to the beach. I asked my best friend Ayman, to teach me how to swim two months after the incident. Ayman and I will go to the swimming pool or the beach everyday because I want it to overcome my fear, and make sure history doesn't repeat
