The amount of homework that is given should be reduced. First of all the stress of homework does not just fall on the students. It falls on everyone around them mostly their parents. Also it affects extra curricular activities that every student is highly persuaded to participate in. Finally it causes numerous health problems that affect the student's in horrible ways mentally and physically. Students bottle up all the stress until it actually turns into a serious matter like depression. Adolescents spend a gruesome numbers of hours in a classroom,then a couple more hours in their house focusing on completing assignments due the next day.
