Students get loud and obnoxious in class sometimes. In fact, students have a difficulty concentrating and being quiet in class. For example, on a late Friday afternoon, a student at Forest Park middle school was talking very loud and obnoxious to his friend in math class about the plans they were doing this weekend, while the rest of the class was working on an important test.
