Conflicts take place between neighbors, communities, states, regions, and nations especially in areas of severe water conflict connected with water insufficiency, access, demand, usage and management; That is why regions with the greatest conflict and potential for conflict are located in the Middle East, Indian subcontinent and the former USSR.
