Explain Why People Need To Be More Active

People should be more active because you could have stuff to do, but you’re not active and it could affect you physically, mentally, and social because they’re not active. For example, physical health you could avoid being obese, and any diseases you need to move faster be more alert on stuff that’s happening right next to them. You could avoid all types of diseases, and abese because all those things could affect you, so you need to be active to avoid all those things. Most people are just eating, watching not doing anything. For example, mental health it’s more stable, accepting oneself, self esteem. Mental health is more stable because you need to be more active. To not have mental health or any other diseases there are around us
