I understand how number 1-4 could be seen as task communication because it is giving out information but I still believe that it makes more sense as procedural communication since it is getting the group started and trying to get them talking about what needs to be done. I agree with you that maybe lines 19-22 might not be task communication. It kind of makes more sense to be seen as procedural communication since they are summarizing each other ideas and not putting forth new ideas. Each person does have shared and equal power in the conversation. Not one person is leading and controlling the power which is decentralized when thinking about the interaction pattern. I agree this group did handle the discussion effectively.
