It is very important to find work that is fulfilling over work that pays more, happiness is an instant gain when you do something that you love and start to feel like it isn’t really a job. Success is usually paired with higher pay; however, you are not successful if you do not enjoy what you do and just work for the money, success is more than that, it is one building something out of what you love and making your income that way, it wouldn’t make sense to do something you don’t love if you won’t be happy doing it. Finding work that is fulfilling is important because, it allows one to have happiness, one to do the work without it feeling like a chore, also it motivates and pushes you towards success.
