Throughout High School I was known as the skinny, lengthy kid. I never got in the weight room or took it upon myself to lift. I wanted to build muscle, but felt like lifting weights just wasn't who I am.
Then, when I entered college I felt like I had to make a change. Seeing all these other dudes jacked up on protein motivated me to get in the gym. They seemed like they had life figured out, which pushed me to make a life change to be like them.
During my sophomore year I made a decision and began to lift and build muscle. This was going well for five months, but I was not where I wanted to be. I saw all the other guys around the gym
