My future experiences in Beta Club will hopefully help to improve myself as a Leader and increase my involvement in the community.

In my future career, I would be open to new ways of doing things but would be very critical in the way it is done. Conscientiousness High…

The experience that I went through and that I would like to share was when I played golf in the beginning of the year. I was fine managing my schedule during the first week or two of school, but then I started getting more and more homework as the weeks went on. I had a hard time keeping up with my school work and playing golf. I practiced every day after school and I didn’t really have any time after school to do my homework. Playing golf took up basically all of my time because I played it 5-7 days a week between practicing with the school team or practicing with my golf instructor/coach.…

As a student, I have a full time job, a part time job, educational obligations, and volunteer coach in my local community. This may seem overbearing from the outside looking in, but by managing my time properly I can easily accomplish these things. I am a full time police officer, work part time as an armed security guard, coach baseball in a local youth league, and taking two classes at once while enrolled with Bethel University. This can appears to be a lot on one person, however by using effective time management skills it is very manageable.…
