Explain Why Guns Should Not Be Banned

Guns should not be banned, because without guns there wouldn’t be any weapon to defend ourselves with in the worst case scenario. Many people believe that guns should be banned and remain banned due to all of the mass shootouts and school shootings that costs the lives of many innocent people.
With that being done, it wouldn’t really do much to really prevent shootings because many known criminals to this day would one way or another still be able to get access to a gun which would leave us defenseless when a person tries to shoot at us. Either way it is put, banning guns won’t do any good because as already said above. There will still be that group of criminals who will still in anyway have access to guns.

America is a very passionate about our rights. Our Constitution created the Bill of Rights in order to give the people more power. Many Americans would find it shocking that there is some debate on how to read this amendment. In America, there is a growing perception that guns are: they are harmful, they kill, and they commit crimes, and so most guns should be banned.
