Cell phones should not be banned in public places like restaurants, stores, and movie theaters because they provide people with safety, coupons, and entertainment. Coupons are vouchers that allow you to save money on certain products. For example, one day my mom and I were on our way to the store to get groceries for the week, and I asked her if she was going to use coupons to help pay for the groceries, and she said yes. When we got to the store, I got on my mom’s phone and found all of the coupons that we needed for our groceries. Once we got everything we needed, we went to check out. After the cashier rang everything up, she asked us if we had any coupons. My mom told her yes and gave the cashier her phone, so she could scan the coupons. After she scanned all of the coupons, she told us that we had saved over one hundred dollars. My mom paid for the groceries, and we left the store. On the way home, my mom kept talking about how she was so happy that she was able to use the coupons on her phone to save her a lot of money.
