Should Calculators Be Allowed In Math Class? Calculators should not be allowed in math class because of reasons such as cost. The cost for a each math class in that certain school a single cart of calculators can go up to 100 dollars that’s expensive! Another reason calculators should not be allowed in math class is because of cheating. Kids That have calculators do have the ability to cheat on math tests or math homework by simply typing the equation which leaves the child clueless without the calculator in the feature. Another reason Calculators should not be allowed in math because kids can not rely only on calculators, doing important tests such as the SBA’s calculators are not optional.
