hy are you interested in assisting with training?

Training is defined as an organized activity aimed at imparting information and/or instructions to improve the recipient's performance or to help him or her attain a requi red level of knowledge or skill.
One reason that I am interested in training is because as a trainer you have the ability to not only learn different techniques but also to share with others. I am a tea m player and I enjoy help ng others. I have always been a firm believer that training is essential. Training is important because it results in fewer mistakes and a better final product. It is a proven fact that companies with a well-trained tea m ultimately lea ds to a more profitable and efficient work place environment.
