Change is unpredictable yet controllable that's what makes it interesting. Usually, people straight away talking about the result, sadly that ruins the surprise. It's about giving ideas not criticism; Change in the other word is a process. It cannot happen in a snap of a finger because there will always be a shift of idea and opinion. The more significant the impact, the more successful the changes.

Instead, covering a large area of various subject and building understanding on the connection to the issue, with the primary focus on both individuals and society. By then, before coming up with an idea, I already understand inside out on the issue and how will I solve the puzzle, without giving away things that were on board.
Covering different areas of a subject in accordance understanding the situation is not something that I can do alone. Instead, turn to everyone, ask the community, as well as others. Because it's a part of giving back to the community, not myself. Gaining a new knowledge can begin a collaboration of a cross-area subject to be applied to the problem or bringing out ideas of making changes.
With having an understanding, I can avoid the common mistake. Because, change comes when I understand the whole situation altogether, not based on own perspective. The slight picture is when I was on the ride home from school, seeing a bus stop full of people and graffiti, what can I change without giving away every single thing that was on board? Trying to imagining being in the bus passenger's shoes, and also the people's who make the graffiti. Learning the need of each of them and reasons.
