I plan to be a successful elementary teacher by using the growth mindset and use dialogic teaching. Also, I want to motivate my students with having high expectations in the classroom. I have learned critical thinking is important for students to have in order to get a job, so I would like to reinforce critical thinking by using dialogic teaching. I know my teaching styles will need to change from year to year based on the type of classroom I have, all students are not the same.
