In my opinion, the physical appearance of either a male or female means nothing nor is it biological. The saying, “looks can be deceiving” definitely applies when it comes to physically appearance. Strength is determined by your mindset. For example, Alex and John both want to become famous baseball player's. If Alex sets his mind to it and tries to improve his skills such as: hitting, catching and running, he will be much closer to his goal than if he didn't practice. John, on the other hand, believes he is already good enough to become a famous baseball player and does not practice, even though there is always room for improvement, so therefore he is not closer to reaching his goal.
