I believe my greatest challenge in becoming a police officer, is the fact that English is my second language. As a kid, I was risen in Mexico and while going school I took English classes from fourth grade all the way to tenth grade. When I decided, I wanted to come to the United States, I was halfway thru my junior year of high school. When I made the decision to finish my high school education in the United States, I thought it was going to be easy, since I was always the top student of my English classes. To my surprise when I moved to Wisconsin, I came to find out that my English was nowhere near as good as I thought. I might have been decent at reading and writing,
